IT'S TOTALLY TUESDAY YA'LL!

How are ya'll doing? Great I hope. How was your Monday? Ours was jam packed from start to finish. Kayla slept in longer as she had trouble resting well Sun pm. When I woke her for school it was a bit of a rush. From that point on time flew by! Spent the better part of the day on the go. Chores, phone calls, paperwork and more.  "Press 1 to be rubbed over hot coals." "Press 2 to be put on hold for longer than the estimated hold time only to be told this is the right department let me transfer you." "Press 3 to vent now." LOL

We had some weirdness with the weather. Just about 2:40 pm the sky here turned black. What I thought was going to be rain. Here I am standing at the bus stop umbrella in hand for K when the sky lets loose and baby pellets of ice are coming down! K was excited to see her umbrella and I still happy about more rain even if it is ice. We book it home and get inside laughing about the weather.

The house is in dissaray in several directions. Mom got "upcited" as Nora says for excited about decorating the front yard. I'm trying to keep my composure between the high tide of the day and these crazy set ups and we finally get them together. Dad's nominated to put up the display. I'm just saying it was funny and you had to be here.

The pm went by even faster. Playtime, dinner time, shopping set up for Kayla's Holiday Shoppe at school Friday pm, a few Dr. Suess movies on TV, bedtime, more chores and I finally slipped into bed just about 10 pm. Whew doggies!

What's on the books for your Tuesday? I PRAY today is a lot less on the go. I could settle for a slow down sincerely. I've got several more To Do List items and I need to get in some alone time. But, priorities and commitments first! I'd like to venture out for a walk depending on how I'm feeling. The temps haven't been that bad out. Its the wind that gets me. Prayers going up and out for those healing and dealing with what ever you might be. Have the BEST Tuesday you can!

Good morning KK!  sounds like you had a wild MONDAY!  on the books for me today, dry cleaners and then work, then meeting with my trainer, then home to do some house work.  Tomrorow is another swim morning, so up at 4:30am, so to bed early tonight!  lys

WOW!  I thought MY Monday was busy!  I do pray you get a slow down today.

It started extra early (3:30 AM) and I finally got home about 7:45.  This was after returns and billing in the AM, regular work during the day and finishing returns and billing in the PM.  The highlight was when I went to Walgreens to get my prenatal vitamins and the pharmacy tech says "Are you Pregnant?  Here I stand sticking out like noone's business, back hurting and OBVIOUSLY preggers and she asks that?  I was like....."um...ya think?"  It took me 30 minutes to get my rx picked up...and it had been called in on Sunday!  I got home and grabbed some dinner just in tome to finish the paperwork and do the PDA.  Steve and I got into bed about 10 or 10:15.

I just did not want to get up this AM.  I finally dragged out of bed about 5:45 or so but only because the dogs needed to potty.  I started some laundry and packed some lunches, made a grocery list for tonight and added some items to my to-do list.  Praying the tree gets up tonight.  Hopefully the weather will be nice so we can get to storage and bring it in the house!  We bought all new decorations and a tree last year when they went 90% off so I am having to figure out where to put things this year.  Hopefully we can get some outside decorations this year when things go 90% off again...and I can nominate Steve and my dad to put them up.  I bet it was funny at your house last night! 

Well, I am headed out the door to the office now...fun times, for sure!  We have clients walking thru and touring the area today so I have to be on my best behavior!

Hey Tammy! I pray things come together for you with the tree and your to-do-list. It was funny. If I didn't laugh and find the humor in things yesterday and the last several weeks for that matter I don't know what/how I'd be. BEHAVE!

Morning Beautiful!!!  Sounds like you had a busy day!  Hope you get that down time you are looking for.  My day went pretty well.   I knew I had a lot ahead of me at work but I didn't let it get me down.  I just plugged ahead remembering I can only do so much in a day.  Still have quite a bit waiting for me today but it helps the day go by faster.  Last night was a relaxing night at home with hubby.

Was up early today and headed to the gym.  Hoping to get myself into a new schedule of going in the morning and really work on my vitamins, eating, etc.  Not too much else on the books.  Hope you have a great one!  Love you much.

Well, sounds like you had a very busy day yesterday.  Hope today is a bit slower for you.

Let's see....today is already strating down a slippery slope.  I woke up annoyed for some reason - no clue.  Maybe it's the medications....oh wait....I've been off of pain meds for almost a week now.  Oh well....I think it's because I'm sore and not in the mood to deal with stipud stuff.

Hoping tonight to work on some of my Christmas gifts.  That's my plan, and then to sit and try to enjoy the Biggest Loser.  I say "try" because I am annoyed with the show....

Hey Jill! I will say we are the SAME with the slippery slope type of day at this point. I've stopped watching it myself. Hope you enjoy your night. :)

LOL at press 1, 2, 3.  I totally hear you on those phone systems and frustration getting things done that way.  :)

I bet you all had fun even though Dad had to wrangle with the decorations.  My mom tried to give me a few of those standing deer she got on clearance after Christmas last year, but I decided against taking them.  She put them up and after several hours she called me pissed and said they are the most annoying things ever.  She said they have all these little plastic do-dads holding them together and god help you if you ever lose them.  I laughed at her frustration.  It looks real cute though.  She put a circle of blue lights around the deer as if they are at a lakes edge drinking water.  It looks so pretty.  :)

Yesterday went well.  I got my hair fixed up and now the color is not such a contrast and much easier to look at.  LOL.  I was embarrassed to go to work yesterday with my clown orange red streaks.  Yikes.  I'm glad my bosses weren't in to see that.  Now they lighter sections are more a a light burgandy auburn.  Overall it is dark, which I actually like, and it usually fades out over time anyway, so I don't have any worries.  Whenever I even do my own color at home at first it is dark and then softens after several washes.

I'm excited because I have a pre-bid meeting to go to today and will be out and aobut in the SUNLIGHT today (the hell you say!?!?)  I'm beginning to feel like a cave dweller Monday through Friday since I get to work and leave work while it's dark out.  I rarely go out for lunch, but am going to try and see if I can remember to leave a pair of sneakers here for a brisk walk at lunch time to perk up and enjoy the bright sun occasionally.
