Thanks everyone...update

I made it through the night thanks to some Ambien.  I woke up this am still having tremendous pain and really don't think I can deal with it all day long.
So, I am likely heading to Fair Oaks after I shower.

Hey girl - I just read your post and update.  I hope you are at the hospital settling in and seeing what can be done.  Best Wishes.

No flames...but, I'm not at the hospital.  I'm keeping my extreme nausea under control and just living with the pain.  It is constantly there but, I have waves of horrific pain and the rest of the time, it's tolerable.  The waves last anywhere from a few minutes to an hour or so...

My decision to stay at home is based solely on the fact that my grandfather is in his last days and he is going downhill so rapidly that I don't even think I have the "luxury" of spending two days in the hospital.  I do promise that if it gets worse or I start seeing other symptoms, I will head over.  But, for now, I need to not miss time with my grandfather.  I'm miserable but, my family needs me.  sigh...

Oh Lisa. No flames. We all do what we think is best for our families. I hope the pain calms down. I am sorry you are hurting and I am praying for you. Please keep us updated
