Almost There!!!
Hello All and Happy Thanksgiving!!!
Yesterday (11/26/08) I had my second appointment with my nutritionist. Guess What?? I lost 5 pounds. I was so nervous. When I weighed myself at home that morning I had lost 3 pounds, I'm so glad with her scale it was even more. I have 3 more pounds to lose to meet the qualifications for approval. I know I have to really watch it during the Holidays with all the good foods and parties. If I keep on track I will be having surgery in April 2009. Keep me in your prayers..
