Yes no stress here and Connor is having a blast with Melissa's two girls ! Was a long ride here because traffic was so bad but we made it and are here now and can rest before the Big Day of Thanksgiving! Well I am working today but it is fairly quiet.......

I'm almost done shopping, can you belive it??? I did better with some of the pre-black friday sales and didn't have to brave the cold/crowd.
For example.....every year, I get a new Dooney bag. The Navy Exchange has them for 20% off on Black Friday. I found one, but was having a hard time justifying the price. Well, on our way up to Fredricksburg, we stopped at the outlet mall. I found one, reg $265 (NO WAY!!!!!), Outlet price was $171 (UGH...I STILL cannot justify it)....BUT......I got a scratch card that was worth 25% - 50% off. Ok....25% off of $171 is better (But still!)....I go to the register and I scratch off FORTY PERCENT OFF....YA WHOO....My bag, including tax, was $103. Cheaper than the exchange for a bigger bag - YEAH!!!!!!
Then, I wanted an inexpensive sewing machine. Sears has one for $69.99 on Black Friday, and Target has one for about the same price. Sears had a pre-Black Friday sale - the sewing machine was $75.99. Ok...It's worth the $6.00 to not stand in line. Well, I used Ebates, so i got 6% back, PLUS, Sears sent me a $5.00 off coupon for on-line purchases. I paid $71.00 (inc tax) and went to the store and picked it up.
We will be going to Kohls to pick up a few things, maybe Target (I would like one of those SD cards that are on sale for my camera), and kids DVDs for one of the families our Harley group is sponsoring, but, right now, I am planning on being at IHOP at 7:00am - haha!
