Life could not get any better than this!
Good morning,
Yesterday was a long day with work and then I decided, on impulse to drive to NJ yesterday instead of today - thinking my journey would be easier - well it took us 9 hours to do a 5 hour journey - but finally we made it........
But I like Thanksgiving this way - I don't have to do any of the cooking so I can't mess any of it up!

All of this baking going on is making me hungry. Last night, Biggest Losers had some great low-cal Thanksgiving recipes, like an apple crumble vs an apple pie. Going to check these out on their website.
Yesterday, a friend helped me run errands and we had lunch together. My knee and leg muscles were hurting alot the night before, so I rested more than exercising. It has been tough sleeping through the night since having surgery. I also had to go back on percoset to lessen the pain. This soon will end. When I overdo the exercising, the knee really lets me know.
Today will include physical therapy and a run to the grocery store. Got paid today, so that makes me happy. After paying those d******n bills, than it is off to shopping. Much needed vacuuming and dusting is on the books for today, also.
Thanksgiving will include parade watching and preparing a green bean casserole. Going to a friend's house for Thanksgiving, but will cook a turkey breast for here. Also going to make a small dish of sweet potato casserole to go along with the turkey. Splenda makes a brown sugar, which is very yummy.
Hope to come by tomorrow. If not, hope that everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!!!
