cbpassion really got me feeling like I need to start exercising again. Last night I walked 1 mile and tonight in the rain and freezing cold I walked 2 miles. Thanks for getting me started!

I'm smiling yet feel bad!! I don't want you to get sick.... Glad to hear you are getting out there. I just got home about 25 minutes agofrom being in the cold. I got to the gym at 4:30pm and stayed till 6:15pm then headed over to Walmart to pick up some chicken to cook for dinner and get my husband another cell phone for work he dropped his tonight and the machine crushed it. So I am home now took a shower and prepped dinner and put in oven. If you ever wanna just walk around mall or something let me know.

cooking at home = healthy if you do it right

denny's and cracker barrel (especially CB) = not healthy at all!
