Good Sunday Morning!

Hey Brooke,

I think I might be coming over your house so you can inspire me to cook. LOL  I use to love cooking but since I had gained weight and been out of work since 2005 I haven't cooked much. I did buy the Nuwave Oven and hope to use it soon. Yesterday I went to Food Lion and picked up everything I need for Thanksgiving dinner on Wednesday at my parents. Then waited till hubby woke up around 3pm and we headed to my -parents house for chili and put the Christmas tree up with the little ones. It was nice and relaxing. Today I am heading to the gym soon for some upper body training and then home to get some laundry done. I need to vacuum but will have to wait till later tonight after hubby gets up.

Well we need to trade here. I hate exercising, but love to cook (How else would I have gotten to 420 pounds lol) You teach me to love exercise and I will teach you to love to cook! :-) I love Christmas time. I can't wait for a piece of turkey for Thanksgiving either though. lol

Sounds fair.. I can't say you will love exercising I don't think anyone does but it's a motivation for me. I have a hard time thinking I lose the weight and my skin just hangs.I am very self-conscience about my body.  I want to tone up my body so I don;t have to spend alot of money on plastics.

I WISH I was self conscience. Maybe thats my problem. Everyone at work that has asked to see my scare of feeding tube gets a show. lol. I never have been shy. lol. You have motivated me to walk tonight. I have just baked 4 dozen cookies, a cake is in the oven and 2 more to go. ugh! At least dinner is ready for when my boys get home.

And I am going to walk tonight. I use to do 2 miles, but think I will start with 1. My back has been really hurting. I think its just because my time of month is coming. Boy I wish I was a boy lol.
