Saturday is finally here!

Hey guys! I know Tammy said she would not be here much this weekend. What are your plans? How was your Friday?

My Friday was so busy! Ran around all day. Cooked my 1st whole chicken in the crock pot yesterday. My family said it was wonderful. And boy was it easy.

Today I am cooking chili and having my family over for dinner. I need to finish dusting and vacuuming and I will be all set for them. Trying a new chili recipe, so hopefully its good.

Tomorrow I will be headed back to work to start my week. Oh just wanted to share I got good news. My insurance company accepted my claim for 1/2 days through December 17th(next visit with Jeanine) Working with them has been tough to say the least.

Brooke - sounds like you are WAY busy girl!  make sure you get some rest in for yourself.  My daughter and I are headed to achristmas bazaar in Old towne, then probably to aeropostale for new clothes (for her), and then i'm making some casseroles for the church voter's meeting tonight!  lys

how was the Christmas bazaar yesterday?  Did you get any nice handcrafted goodies?

Lauren - we bought 1 hair ribbon and 2 cookies!  then we went to potomac mills and bought my daughter some clothes (did spend under 100.00 though), that was the good news!  Hope your weekend was fabulous, just like YOU!  lys

  As the Caveliers set to play Clemson, I am checking e-mail and sipping cuppa. Go Hoos!!!
  Normally I would be working the game as an usher, but with this knee as it is, I have to sit out. Early December Neil Diamond is coming to C'ville, and that will be my first event after surgery. Looking forward to the concert, very much!!!
   While the game is on, I am going to work on housework. Was going to the FFP Meet and Greet, but woke up with bad stromach pains. Best to stay home. Sorry Melinda.
   Heading to the store later. May try to drive after six weeks out.
    Sunday will include church and relaxing.

Brooke sounds like you are doing pretty good. The chicken sounds like the family really enjoyed it. Have a nice weekend. Going to my youngest for Thanksgiving dinner so that we can have it with her boys since they will be with their dad for Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Do what we have to for the holidays. Taking it easy otherwise.

I am doing pretty good, thanks! I haven't even started to think about Thanksgiving. lol. I go to moms and bring homemade mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. But we always make Thanksgiving for at home too. So I will be busy with that too. Enjoy your weekend and send my love to Kat for me. I miss her on here!
