Jackie, glad to know that you and your son are doing well. Sometimes changes are good, especially for one's well being.Brooke, glad to hear that you are feeling better, too.Tammy, thank you for keeping this going in Kat's absence. As much as I enjoy your posts, hope that she will return to us, soon.Wednesday was quiet.
Did make a trip to Physical Therapy for a great workout. Driving is out of the question. Meanwhile I am utilizing public transportation to get around, which is saving me money on gas.
Thursday will find me at home all day. Going to work on those exercises and clean the house. Also, going to make Thanksgiving cards to send to family and decorate a wooden Gingerbread house for Christmas.Peace to all.

I thought about you a lot yesterday with PT and hoping that you did not overdo it from the sorness and the day before! Glad things went well. Enjoy your day at home but don't forget those exercises. You can come and clean my house if you want to! I have some cleaning to do tonight myself!

Life could not get any better than this!
PT was tough yesterday, but I need to work harder. Today, on my home exercise bike, I was able to peddle backwards,all the way around. This wow moment lifted me spirits. Also enjoyed a walk outside..sunny but cool. Colder weather coming our way...Brrrr.
