Welcome to Thursday!
Our Wednesday was jam packed! We (Froggy and I) worked until 5 and then it was off to get a haircut that wasn't meant to be and then to run an errand and grab dome groceries. I had to reschedule my haircut for Friday afternoon so it all worked out. After that it was home to make dinner and get some laundry done.
On the books for today is wor****il 5 then home to work on finishing the laundry and cleaning the house. It is a never ending cycle! I am working on some to do lists and getting some things crossed off. Trying to take it easy as much as possible.

Yesterday was super busy at work and at home. I feel so much better now Connor and I are living on our own - each day feels lighter in out spirits and Connor's behavior has been improving at school too - not that he was very bad but defiant a little - now it has stopped and everyone is happy......
Today is busy and today I go to see Jill after her plastic surgery. I heard last night she is doing well!

I am glad things are working out with you and Connor on your own. It is important for his schooling to have a good behavior and I know his teacher and classmates appreciate it, too. How did his visit with Bill and his grandma go?

I ended up just getting my hair cut short and love it - it is not easier to manage but I think it looks better on me than just tying my hair back.....
Yes Connor is doing really well and he loves his "new house". His visit back with Bill is another story - for the most part went well - just a few things I am not comfortable with - like letting him scrub the bathroom floor with a bleached solution that damaged his pants - not just that but what if he had wiped his eyes??? Bill's idea of playing with a 5 year old!!! Makes me stressed and very cross............ he is supposed to be going there this weekend too as I am taking him away for 5 days to New York for Thanksgiving......
I will update you all when I see Jill tonight but she was pretty alert when I talked with her this morning....

I am not getting my hair cut short...short. Just trimmed and layered! Yes, iot is much easier to manage and I will have some flexability in how I style it that way.
I am glad about Connor. Wow...he is 5, right? Kara is almost 14 and does not scrub floors! Not even with a mop! Hopefully it will get better...will keep saying prayers.
Have a safe trip to NY. I know you and Connor will tear the town up!

Today I am going to work till 2. Then maybe home for a nap since I could not sleep last night. I am planning my sons Winter Party at school. I have ordered all the supplies at Oriental Trading last night and now just trying to plan the organization of all the stuff. Oh the fun of being the room mom! I also have little goodie bags that I need to get together for Thanksgiving for the kids. It never ends. On top of that its Cub scouts tonight. We have to prepare a Thanksgiving craft. Of to Michael's after work! So busy day.

So glad you are seeming to feel better! I have been praying for you. Don't overdo it and make sure you do grab a nap this afternoon. Wow! Room mom! I remember those days...I went broke doing it! None of the parents wanted to fork over the money so we did it all so the kids would have a nice time. At least Kara and I enjoyed doing it together! Have a good time and don't overdo it!

Boy scouts! What fun. My poor child if we have a boy one day...he will be subjected to the scout extraordinaire - my hubs Nate. He is a really active person in scouting still (Order of the Arrow and collecting patches and memorabilia), was an asstistant scout master of his old troop and was an eagle scout back in the day. I'm sure you are making wonderful memories with your son. It's a great program for the boys.
I wish I could meet you at Michaels. I love an excuse to go and bring home a bag of goodies. :) Though my wallet doesn't like my trips there too much. LOL.
