Suggest talking with the Nutritionist.     You need to eat 3 healthy meals and 2 protien shakes a day and fluids.     Establish good habits.    Be good to you.  Tammy is right on the mark. 

We all struggle too.   But I have gone too far toward a healthly new life to mess this up.
