I've been tracking my food, cause I was was sucking at getting calories and protein in, but I was looking and see that I am getting like no fiber. No worries on the constipation front yet, but how do you guys get fiber in? Any suggestions?

One word....supplements!  I take benefiber every day.  I prefer to have a good handle on things before a problem occurs!

Take it from me, you don't want to mess with this. Benefiber works well for maintenance (you can't taste it at all). I had to use Miraxlax once the trouble began, after quite a few other terrible things. I still put a scoop in my Crystal Light from time to time. I try to eat a Fiber One Bar(Walmart/Kroger have great tasting generic versions) every day. They've also come up with Cereal and Poptart things too. Quaker Oatmeal also came up with a Fiber version of their oatmeal, I don't think they have it in the Weight Control flavors yet though. Even Splenda has a Fiber version now. Its blowing up everywhere. Just try to stick as close to whole grains/wheat as much as possible, they are high in fiber. If you google "foods high in fiber" you'll probably get more answers.

Good luck!
