I need info on Dr Elariny!

Just wanted to see if anyone could give me info on Dr Elariny in Northern Virginia. Things such as your procedure, how his bedside manner is, and shed a little light on the one thing that really bothers me ...............the $2000 program fee he charges. oes he charge this on his revisions as well!

Yep, he was my surgeon and he done a good job however, no visit after surgery and he is expensive as I had to pay 3200 up front and so far I haven't got any of it refunded and I'm sure the insurance co. paid him as well. JIm
