As we all know, the wait to get to that 100 is a long one. I went in today for my B-12 shot and low and behold the scale showed 284!! Thats 104 since May 30th!! I had a breakdown in the office, luckily my doctor understood why. It feels so great to go into the weekend flying high on this news!!

thanks lys! I know you and I have talked before about the high bmi's. I love watching it drop. Sometimes its more exciting to see that drop than the pounds! Either way I love it! Thanks for your support!
