I havent been around much due to reason Id rather not discuse right now but I think we need some  cheering up around here so lets get in the spirt of things can we! I though it would be nice if we all list here a Thanksgiving  recipe and and something we are thankful for. So  here goes:

Sugarfree Pumpkin Pie

1- 9inch pie shell baked
1 -16 oz can of pumpkin
2- small pkg (3oz) sugarfree pudding & pie mix (NOT INSTANT)
2 -C. skim milk
2- tsp pumpkin spice

Pour milk in 2 quart pan, stir in pudding and pumpkin and blend until well combined, heat mixture on med. heat until boils, gently boil for  1 min. Pour in cooled pie shell mixture will thicken as cools. Add sugarfree cool whip if like.

Simple Sugarfree Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 C skin milk
1 can pumpkin
1 large box vanilla insatant pudding
1 large bowl sugarfree cool whip
1tsp pumpkin spice
 add milk to pudding combine all ing. put combination into a cooked pie shell an top w/ cool whip if like.

The second recipe is the easiest and is even good w/ the ghram cracker crust i had them last Thanksgivng and nobody knew none the difference until they ate them then I told them nrver had a clue what they were eating  its like a mouse pie.

Been missing ya!  But...I've been away this week as I prepare things at the house and at work for my upcoming surgery.

I agree - we ALL need some living up!

I have been needing this a lot the last few days!  We do need to liven up.  I posted a bunch of recipes to Tomygirl's post for some cookies and pumpkin things.  Check there and let me know what you think!

I’m not much of a cook but here’s my contribution: 
Fill mug with water, place in microwave for 3 minutes
Add one packet of SF Apple Cider mix Sip and enjoy 

:P Microwave boiling, that’s what I’m good at! Though I upgraded and actually bought myself a whistling tea kettle. Yes…it’s still in the box. HA HA 

What I’m thankful for: My husband, my mom and dad, all of my other family members, my two furbabies, my friends who are like family to me, my job, my home and the stability in my life that all these things give. I am blessed. :)
