Happy Friday!
My sisters have the best mom...I wish I had a better relationship with her...but it is not meant to be. We are doing better but it will never be 100%. I am grateful for what we have now and pray we can build on it. She does live right next door so it would be nice to be closer.
Have a nice meet up with Theresa. Clothes are a good thing...especially when the pounds are falling of!

Life could not get any better than this!
Where do you get that energy from? Didn't do to much of anything yesterday morning, went out for supper with the neighbors , and would you believe that they had nothing I could eat at this place. All meats were fried, veggies were bake beans, cole slaw, bake pototo, collards done up in fat back, so I just sat an talked to the folks while they ate. Had a good time with them, they are in there 80's. Jackie came and took the girls out for supper and ice cream as they got their report cards and they all make the honor roll .
Today I have my 5 year old granddaughter home with a fever and cough. Her mom is suppose to be here at 1 so I can go to the gym. I wish the rain would stop as I like to go outside and walk. I just might get the umbrella out and just go walking in the rain. Nothing planned for the weekend, just do a little cleaning, sewing, and watching movies.
You have a great weekend and we will have to get together real soon.

Good morning beautiful! Energy? This is a slow time for me! I wish I did have more energy as there is so much to do! I need about 70 hours in a day just to begin to accomplish what I need to get done! Sorry you had a bad time finding food...but extra glad that you made the most of it and enjoyed the visiting time. I would have had some baked beans (protein) and maybe some baked potato...but you made better choices. Kudos!
Sorry the baby is sick. I know a lot is going around right now so prayers that she will be feeling better soon and not pass it on to anyone else in the family.
I know what you mean about the walking outside. It is my absolute preference. As long as it is not a downpour...go ahead and grab that umbrella and get out in it. Just be sure to bundle up. I have been and it feels great!

I have a busy weekend ahead. I have been asked to serve as Spiritual Director for the Women's Walk of Souside Emmaus this spring and have a meeting tomorrow Saturdau from 12-3 and then our church is having it's annual Harvest dinner fund raiser from 5-7.
Sunday is SS, Church, Christmas play practice at 3 and then Charge Conference at 7.
So tonight I am just going to relax!

Play practice went OK, but there is still a lot to do before we perform it for the Commuity Dinner on Dec. 20th.
Taking a computer break at the office before I go home and get some supper and change clothes.
