Welcome to Tuesday
today! I think I am past the point of exhaustion. Even when I lay down and try to 
it just does not happen. I know I have a lot on my mind and am continuing to add to my to do list or my honey do list. My place is a mess, too! I have been sorting thru boxes trying to purge things. It is going good but I have a lot in my living room right now. I do feel ya on the not seeming to care anymore. I know I have been there and think a lot of the others have as well. Life could not get any better than this!
This week already feels like it's going slow. But don't they all? LOL I'm all about the weekends.
Nate and I went to see a movie on Sunday (Fireproof) and I recommend it to all married couples out there. It was a great message. :)
Other than that, yesterday was work and then an evening appt. Today, I'm hoping to run a few errands after work and then home to relax.

Life could not get any better than this!
Monday was 4 weeks surgerversary for knee replacement. The healing is going well, but I am afraid to bend the knee. I have to remind myself that the knee is repaired and I can use it. Like wls being a tool for weightloss. My new knee is a tool for walking like normal.
Monday was busy with physical therapy for the knee. Finishing up a gingerbread bird house that I am decorating. Also started to plan a holiday party ifor those who helped me out while recuperating from knee surgery.
On Tuesday, I got up and prepared for the day. Since driving is out of the question for now, I took the city bus downtown to walk and window shop. There was a crisp feel to the air. Had lunch out and walked our down town mall. Bought a Christmas present and a couple things for me. A friend dropped movies off at my house while I was away. Looking forward to watching them this weekend.
Physical Therapy takes place Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. On Wednesday I am going to get in the warm therapy pool for the first time since surgery. Love water aerobics and the warm water may help to loosen the knee.

Happy four weeks surgiversary! I am proud of all you have accomplished. Keep up the bending...yep, it will be a constant reminder...just like WLS early out. I wish I were getting into a warm pool today! Have fun and remember to bend, bend and bend some more!
