Xpost from PS forum WLS thinks Abdominal pain is from PS scar tissue
For a month I have been having achy dull pain in my right abdomin between my naval and hip. It is not in any way a nerve type pain that I have experienced with plastic surgery. I have had an abdominal and pelvis CT scan with contrast which was all clear. My GI doc thinks it's scar tissue with a possible twisted bowel. My WLS, considering that I am not in a lot of pain, thinks it is subcutaneous scar tissue from my PS. The pain in not near my incisions, but over muscles of course. Do you know anyone who has expreienced this? My WLS tried to pin it down by numbing me in the area to see if it would show it is indeed nerve pain from PS scar tissue. I didn't notice any difference. Thanks, Loris
