I posted earlier that I was bummed about my lack of recent weight loss. I started feeling better after a support Group meeting tonight at Portsmouth and then when I came home hubby suggested I let him take some one month post op pics...I let him and I'm very happy with the results...I don't know how to post pictures to the message board, but I added some in my profile. I hope you can see what i see :)

Didn't I tell you to take pics? That even though the pounds were not coming off that you were probably losing inches? I am so happy that you see now! Support groups are a fabulous thing!

Christy, You are doing so good. I can see a big difference. Keep up the great job.
You may not see the numbers drop as fast as you like but the inches are coming off.
