Welcome to Thursday
Good AM. How was your Wednesday? Ours was awesome. Work went ok...we got home at 7 AM. I had taken the day off from the day job so I got Kara up and off to school then started cleaning like a mad woman! It was a "deep cleaning" day. I got the baseboards scrubbed, the floors mopped, the carpets steam cleaned and all of the laundry done! I cleaned out the fridge and wiped it all down, cooked a meatloaf (really, I cooked two...one with onlions and one without!), put some BBQ in the crockpot to be ready for today and then settled in to watch a movie with the entire family! Whew! I was exhausted but felt really accomplished. It feels good....make that great!
From our open dealers and boxes the sales are AWESOME! There were only 15 returns and our manager took out several hundred more throughout the day. This is a blessing for us financially! Now we can take care of some things and help a good friend out as well.
On the books for today is working the good 'ol day job until 5 then coming home and getting ready to go and have dinner with the monster-in-law and her husband. We have to tell her about Frogette before someone else does! I am praying it will be nonstressful...but I am not banking on it!
Prayers going up for many...you know who you are. I am always here so lean on me if you need to!

Today we are going to try to make it through a full day of school. I didn't have much luck yesterday. But today is another day. I think I am going back to the dr today, don't seem to be getting better. Maybe, if this headache goes away, I will dust, and finish laundry.
Good luck with the dinner. I, too had a monster in law. Although at the time, she was a great mother in law. Now I think she was created with the sperm of Satan. I will join in on the praying for a stress free evening.

Sorry you are getting another visit from the sick fairy. I did respond to the other post with my opinions on that subject and also some speaking from personal experience. I do pray you will be feeling better soon. Good luck with the full day of school! I know it can be stressful especially when you are not feeling 100%.
I am praying for a nice dinner. The last one...In July 2007...was not too bad. We have not seen her since then so hopefully she will be on her best behavior. We got along for the first month of Steve and I dating but when she realized I was "the real deal" and was not going away and that Steve and I were getting married and he was NEVER getting back with his ex then it all went south. Now here we are over 10 years later and she STILL wants him to get back with his ex! I have zero patience for that!
