I still feel like I'm eating too much.  How can I go back to eating less & feeling full?  Any suggestions?

Portion control, measure your foods, eat small meals several times a day and eat slowly.  Also, make sure you are not drinking during meals or for 30 minutes before or after a meal and if you have started to use a straw again...stop!  Get back to the basics!

Ditto to what Tammy said.  Only difference is that we are instructed not to drink for one hour after eating.  Good luck continuing to work your tool!  :)

The best suggestion I have since you are further out is to make sure to measure your foods & stick to it.  It may take a little time before you are feeling satisfied with smaller amounts but stick to it.
