Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics.....
Ok, let me start my apologizing for my absence. Life has really taken over and it just stinks that it had forced me to make some decisions regarding my time - one being regarding here.
Even my workouts last week suffered - UGH! And I feel it.......
But...today is a new day, and a brand spanking new day. New opportunities are on the horizon....opportunities that allow us to be successful each and every day!
So...what are YOU doing to move today????
Me? Nice easy 5 mile run and then some stretching. Nothing to be excited over.

Welcome back! You have been missed, but we all need a break at times.
As usual lately, nothing too much planned. I got quite a bit of walking in this weekend and will be taking another walk this evening. I am limiting myself to walks for a while...at doctors orders!
