This is my "day off".  Got a new battery installed in my Ford Taurus.  It has over 170,ooo miles on it but other than the original battery this is the first one I have had to buy.  it is a 2000 and has done very well.  Hopefullly it will continue to run for the two years that the battery is under warrenty!

Took husband to lunch.

After the car was ready, took a walk, but it was cold and windy. Surely used a few more calories as I definitely walked faster.  

Had church choir at 6 and have been "computering since 7;30.  There is the 2nd part of a good moving at 9 on Hallmark. We watched the first part last night.  So that will end up the evening.

Good evening to all... Great Monday with two outings. It was great to get out of the house, and focus on things other than exercises. One of the trips was to the grocerty store. To get around easier, I used one of the motorized grocery carts. It was fun  "driving" around the store, but I was afraid of running into people or displays.
   Had a great sleep last night. Woke up to a blustery day. Worked on exercises and attempted to vacuum the house. The dust bunnies were growing. Try vacuuming with one hand and a walker with the other...lol
   In addition, made an appointment. Found out today I am a bit anemic. Doc would like to recheck iron in 4 weeks. Coumadin levels changed today. Levels are checked by the home health nurse.
