Good morning, Mamma Pat. I am doing better. The swelling is gone and the cramps are a lot less intense and frequent than before. I am waiting on some blood results to know more and will update then!

I eat a lot of cheese (it does not affect me the way it does most people!) and I drink at least three 10 oz glasses of skim milk a day. I also have pudding that I make at home so it has real milk in it and that helps, too.

The vitamins from Bariatric Advantage are awesome!
