Thanks doll! I have an appointment later in the week. I hope to get some answers then. :) The bbq: I'm actually going to give this another whirl. The last time I had BBQ was LAST year on my birthday and it was AWESOME! I don't do pork BLECH! Thanks for replying! I've got some great things to go off of.

I loved eggs befoe RNY but regular eggs still make me whoozy (yokes on me...), so I do the liquid egg whites with grated cheddar and I do well with them. I think the lack of yolks makes the difference.

Yogurt, I did Lite & Fit I got from Walmart (had the lowest sugar) and mixed with protein powder and later with some cereal like Wheat Chex or Life for crunch and texture value.

Meat, even at 26 months out  I still struggle with meat, but shrimp and scallops go down if cooked sufficiently, and the Walmart generic brand of ****tail sauce is significantly less sugar than most others.   I use it not only for seafood but also on baked potatoes and mashed potatoes.  Deviled crab and Wendy's chili are still staples for me too.

Altenative foods: Chef boyardee meat ravioli (less the sauce), banana and reduced fat PB on whole gain wheat bread works for me.  Bananas and strawberries are my favorite fruits.

Show that nasty Drucilla who's boss!!!  If she ain't good, take her for a wal****il she submits! Then kick her butt and drink some water and an Adkins Advantage protein bar.

Hey Joe! Thanks for replying!

Good thought on the eggs. When you say "liquid egg whites" is there a particular brand and where do you get them normally? (Got an ongoing list and 2 buggas who are live wires and my brain is kinda mushy this pm)
.

Kewl about the yogurt. I am thinking that adding "crunchy" to yogurt will help with the consistency thing.

I LOVE seafood but not shrimp/scallops. Go figure. I love fish and crab especially. Hadn't considered eating them on a baked tater. Hmmm sounds good actually. I so enjoy Wendy's Chili but haven't had any in ages. Been making my own here at home in the crockpot.

Ah yes the sauceless ravioli! I LOVE that idea! I love banana's and PB as well something else I've not had in a while. Adding that to the list as well.

Thanks sincerely! :)

I get the egg whites in the area with the egg beaters at Walmart or Food Lion; usually over in the area between the eggs, cheese and cottage cheese/sour cream stuff.

I don't put the seafood on the baked potato.  I use the ****tail sauce on a plain baked potato for a little kick.  But you are right,...that doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Dork,...no.
Babe,...yes
Creative thinker,...obviously
Caring person and great Mom,...a blind person could see that.
Dork,...never.

Now when I try a deviled crab stuffed baked spud with c***tail sauce (that red seafood sauce with garlic...)  (thought I'd censor it before OH did),...I will think of Kat

I also loved the if there were never change we'd have no butterflies comment in another post.  I can get some mileage out of that one.
