Nutritional Consult Today!

Thanks for all your good wishes. The consult went great, I really like the dietitian that does the bariatrics, she is so encouraging and supportive. And....... I had lost 8 lbs since I saw the Dr. for my initial visit!  Also got to meet briefly someone who had already had the surgery about 6 months agao and looked absolutely fabulous. From what she told my mom she was about my current weight when she started and has lost 100 so far, and wow, you'd think she had been slender all her life, I can't wait!!! Next week, psych!

There will be plenty of room for you on the bench. I just had my 3 month appt. With your MD!! I have lost 75 pounds! Yes, 75 pounds. Time will go very fast for you now!! Good luck!

I actually have Dr. Barker, but he isn't listed and I don't know how to change the name!. You have done so great! I hope to show half the progress you have. All you guys who post and reply are such an inspiration and support, like I have never known before. I know this is going to be one of the greatest things in my life besides my family.

Cross your fingers I can get a December surgery date!!!!
