Me? Calendar says aerobics class at the gym and then weight/toning work/ Push ups, ab crunches, lunges, squats, etc.

Me??? Nothing more than I absolutely have to. I am in so much pain. A day of rest unless the doctor says otherwise when they call back!

Life could not get any better than this!
Didn't get much official exercise in this weekend, but I threw a bridal shower yesterday so I was running all weekend getting that ready. It felt great to zip around the mall, but my body hurt so much last night when it was all done. The great thing though is that when the alarm went off this morning, I got right out of bed and started my day. That never would have happened pre-surgery.
This afternoon I am hitting the Wii fit, might try some of that boxing since I keep complaining about the wiggle in my arms. My knee is still really stiff. I vow to find my bathing suit tonight and start swimming tomorrow. I think I might try before work. Let's see how my body reacts when the alarm goes off at 5:15!!!!
