Hope everyone had a great weekend - I'm going to e-mail my nut this morning with my menus from last week to make sure I'm still on the right track - I'm getting a tad nervous (I'm that way) and need some reinforcement - I'm feeling like I can eat WAY too much

8:00 AM
12 oz Decaf Coffee
4 TB SF Hazelnut Creamer
8 oz Light Orange Juice

Breakfast
1 Serving Weight Control Oatmeal

Morning Snack
Isopure Low Carb Dutch Chocolate
8 oz Skim Milk

Lunch
1/2 Grilled Cheese on Double-Fiber Wheat Bread
1/4 Cup Garden Salad

Dinner
1 Cup Garden Salad
1/4 Cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 TB Bacon Pieces
2 oz Grilled Chicken Breast

Evening Snack
1 2% Cheddar Cheese Stick

Totals:  Cals 972, Fat 26g, Carbs 85g, Protein 104g

Percentages: Protein 42.06%, Carbs 34.52%, Fat 23.42%

I have not gotten that far ahead yet!  Thanks for the reminder.  So far today...bananas, milk and an EAS protein shake.  My legs are still cramping badly so I don't have much else on the brain!
