Muscle Milk Light

For those of you who like to drive the Muscle Milk Light RTDs, I just found a case of them at Costco for $28.99. I got mine at the Costco in Fredericksburg -- not sure if all of the others carry the same items, but certainly worth checking out. They have been tough to find these last few months! :)

Hey, Penny: If you decide to try it, let me know what you think. It was suggested by the nutritionist at Dr. Halmi's office when I was starting out, and it is one of the few proteins I have consistently stuck with. Make sure you drink it cold...really helps with the flavor. Cheers! :)

Yep, I think most Costco's have it. I have purchased it from Richmond, Chesterfield and VA Beach as well as Freericksburg. The price is pretty consistant.
