I need vitamins

Well, my surgery is scheduled for tomorrow morning. I need to go out and buy my vitamins today. What kind and where do you get them? For future purchases, is there a good online source?

 I need B12, A & D and Calcium Citrate, already taking my Flinstones Chewables.

I take the B12 dots that dissolve under your tongue. They are about $5 at WalMart. For about 2 months after surgery I took Tums with Calcium (chewable). I'm assuming you wont be able to swallow a pill for a while. There is some chewable calcium citrate, but I cannot stand the taste of it. I don't know about the A&D, I only had to take Flinstones to get that in.

I had surgery Sept. 29th.  I take Flintstones vitamins, Chewable Calcium and Amblify Protein shakes.

Thanks for the info.  I feel really stupid, I have been trying to add the ticketfactory to my signature and all I get is the red X, what am I doing wrong?

Copy and paste from the actual ticker... not the place that says click here to copy. I don't know why it is like that. That question has been asked a million times on this board, so don't feel stupid... I think there is a problem with ticker factory.

The main reason I feel stupid about the signature thing is becasue I am in the computer business. I see that you do DirecTV and Dish. I also do Wildblue and Hughes. Do you know Bill Spencer with Perfect-10?

I sure do... Bill set us up with Hughes last year. I was in Richmond a couple of weeks ago for a Directv meeting and Bill was there. I won an HDTV from Perfect 10. We also are a WildBlue dealer, but we usually recommend Hughes.

Are you an installer or do you have someone else that installs for you?This is so cool!!!! South HIll is not too far from us...we live close to Martinsville.

Good luck with your surgery. As far as the signature, are you using ticker factory? If so, I have to copy  and paste from the actual ticker (not at the place it says to copy from). Or if you just want a signature, you can go to user settings at the left of this forum and add a signature from there.

That is definitely the same Bill I know. He has been very good to us. Everytime he pops in he brings us some goodies..hats, signs, etc. When I was speaking with him at the meeting, he remembered when I was out for surgery. He did not ask what type of surgery. I may tell him the next time I see him. I don't mind if you mention it if it comes into conversation.

Yeah, I know about where you live. I was in Martinsville at the race when the Hendrick plane crashed. I was on that very plane just the week before. It was differant pilots, buts same plane. I had flown up to Carlisle to the Corvette show with the Hendricks Group.
