What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Baby, it's cold out there!  Oh my........

Well, it appears that the fall weather is holding up - today cold, tomorow nice, yucky the next day.  Days like this make it difficult to get moving.  I mean, yes....I'd prefer to still be in bed, too.

BUT....I know that I am important, and I know how much this means to me.  Even if all I get in is 20 minutes, it's something positive that I did for myself.

So....what are YOU doing to move today??? 

Me?  Let's see....calendar says 45 minutes on the treadmill and BodyPump class for toning.  COOL!!!!

Just the usual walk.  I needed the "alone" time with God this AM.  Hopefully another walk will follow this evening.  Nothing too stressful.  Really enjoyed the yoga class yesterday.  I may be signing up for more!

I am going to get back on my Wii Fit this afternoon.  The step workout is great for someone like me who is having minor knee issues because you only are stepping up a few inches, BUT you are still moving at a good pace.  I want to get a perfect score and then go to the harder level!!!  I love the competitive aspect of the Wii, I can see my progress and want to push to do better.  Sadly, some of the exercises are still too hard for me to do, but in two weeks I have dropped my virtual age from 35 to 30, which is 3 years younger then I actually am!!!!  I am also going to make finding my bathing suit part of my workout today, so that I can get to the pool tomorrow, hopefully!

What wonderful motivation you are!  I am so proud of you.  good luck on finding the bathing suit and if you cant find it...just go in shorts and a tee shirt!

Went to the gym and did 34 mintues on the treadmill and tomorrow I will learn to do a whole body workout to change things up a little starting to get tired of doing the same routine over and over.
