I slacked yesterday, but here's today's!

Wake Up
8 oz Lite Orange Juice
12 oz Decaf Coffee
4 TB SF Hazelnut Creamer

Morning Snack
8 oz Skim Milk
Isopure Zero Carb Dutch Chocolate

Breakfast
1/4 Whole Wheat Pita
2 TB Pizza Sauce
8 Turkey Pepperoni Slices
1/4 Cup 2% Mozzerella Cheese

Lunch
1 Grilled Fish Fillet - Garlic butter
1/4 C Broccoli

Dinner
2 oz Chicken
1/4 C Alfredo Sauce
1/4 C Broccoli

Totals:  Calories 890,  Fat 27g,  Carbs 48g, Protein 111g

Percentage:  Protein 50.35%, Fat 27.99%, Carbs 21.67%
High: 336 / Surgery: 313 / Current: 250 / Goal: 165

I am a bad girl today.  I did not take the time this AM to plan a menu or pack anything!

So for today what I know about is as follows:

Wake up:
EAS advantage protein shake
medium banana

Breakfast:
Cheese and egg, one piece of wheat toast

Snack:
Peanut butter and celery



That is as far as I have gotten today!
I will update as I know more.

Good Morning....

Ok...here's what I've got for today:

630 - Protein Shake made w/ Chocolate Matrix, 1/2 cup of Carb Countdown FF Milk, 1/4 Cup water, crushed ice and 2 caps of Divinci's SF German Chocolate syrup

830 Breakfast - 2 Pumpkin Cottage Cheese Pancakes (I botched the recipe so they are NOT satisfying....back to the drawing board on this one), w/ 1 tbsp SF syrup and 1/2 pat butter and 2 turkey sausage links

1145 Lunch - 3 oz grilled salmon and 3/4 cup steamed broccoli

200 B-Day Party - Small....SMALL piece of cake

330 Snack - 1/2 Pure Protein bar (maybe)

600 Dinner - Either steak and veggies from Logans, or Meat and Veggies from Mongolia BBQ - undecided.

830 Snack - Protein Shake made w/ Vanilla Matrix, 1/2 cup of Carb Countdown FF Milk, 1/4 Cup water, crushed ice and 2 caps of Divinci's SF Strawberry and White Chocolate

Not sure the cal count yet.  I'll add that later today (after dinner).

Jill...I made some of these last year.  I took a cottage cheese pancake recipe and just added pumpkin spice and a tsp of canned packed pumpkin.  They turned out fabulous.  Do you have a cottage cheese pancake recipe???

Yep...pretty much did the same thing, but mine are soggy and under cooked.  I cooked them FOREVER on the griddle.  They were almost black on the outside - haha.

I may have used too much pumpkin.  The batter was REALLY thick.

My trick is only using a small amount of canned pumpkin and making up for it with the spice.  No sogginess there!
