Good Morning Virginians....

Well, after a lazy weekend camping trip, it's time to hit the gym.  So, today will be a cardio class for 1 hour to burn off the garbage I ate over the weekend (ugh!).

How about you...what are YOU doing to move today????

Grabbed a two mile walk this AM before leaving for work.  The crisp morning air makes it fabulous!  I hope to get in another walk this evening but only time will tell if I can steal the time.

Went to the doctor and then to the gym and did 34 mikntues on the treadmill yea I can do it again. Then did upper body work. Now home resting and maybe go for a walk this aftenoon.

Heading to the gym around 3pm for a couple miles on treadmill then 5 mile bike ride (excercise bike). I'll come home do 15 minutes on elliptical  take a nice hot shower and spend time with family.
