Get busy.
If you are a boredom eater, it's time to find something to do instead of eat.
Motivating yourself to do something different can be a challenge, but it is possible.
What do you like to do? Maybe you like puzzles or clean closets. Do your bushes need pruning? Has it been a long time since you went to the library (where there is no food) to browse?
Action for the day: Just for today, don't give in to boredom. Get busy.
