How are ya'll doing? Wonderful I hope. How was your Thursday? I'm gettingsome place finally in my battle with the Sick Fairy. She planted her butt in my garden earlier in the week and dontcha know JUST my garden! Talk about blessings honestly. Neither bugga has been sick although yesterday I saw hints of a few things with Kayla. But, I pray this am when she wakes that she's well rested and not sick. I drug my butt through getting out and about to grab some necessities at Walmart. Seriously I LOATHE shopping and so when I say it took 1 1/2 hours to shop trust me I'm not kidding nor is that a "good" thing lol. I got through it and got back here and didn't make it long. I had to lay down and take the rest of the pm to chill and took more meds and actually rested. YES ME! In the pm, we got homework, bath time and jammies on then the bugga**** the hay early as did I. I remember getting a phone call around 9:30 and a few sentences but not much else. Woooo doggies I was groggy and trying to banish the Sick Fairy. Let's pray its working!

What's on the books for your Friday & weekend? Starting off this am is one of my favorite things and that is RAIN! Its drizzling here but I welcome it with open arms. Seems to help my moods and emotions really. I'm going to get some work out of the way and hit up my To Do List then I'm going to relax in the pm as much as possible. I am really hoping the rain keeps up and gives us a nice cleansing. I hope everyone has a WONDERFUL Friday and weekend. Hugs and love and all that jazz.

Kat I am glad to hear you are getting a little bit better. My husband has been sick all week too. He can not seem to shake it. Today is cleaning, cooking and preparing dinner for mil. It is her birthday and we wanted to celebrate. I baked the cake last night. Then at 9pm my sister is having a Horror Movie night party, so I will be heading to Richmond to do that. 
Saturday I plan on going to Williamsburg with sister and son to do just a little bit of shopping. I need to go to Harry and Davids and get a Halloween basket for my sons teacher. I am the room mom, and I got treat bags for all the kids and thought it would be nice to surprise her and get her something special too.
Sunday I will be back to work. It really kicked my butt this week and I did not even do my whole job. Next week should be interesting.

Good morning, beautiful.  Hope you are feeling even better by the time you read this.

Thursday was pretty good.  Steve and I ran an errand right after work then came home, cooked dinner and planted our butts down for a movie.  After that we went for a walk then off to bed.  I stayed up and watched Grey's Annatomy and tried to watch ER.  Yep, I fell asleep about 1/2 way thru it. 

I dediced to take today off from work for a "me" day.  I got Kara up and off to school, got Steve out the door then went back to bed for a bit and just got up at 9!  I wasn't really sleeping...just laying there listening to one of my fav sounds as the rain hit the sky lights.  I heart rain so much! 

So on the books for today is a medium sized to do list and a doctor appointment later this afternoon.  I hope to get some laundry done and some cleaning done, too.

Tomorrow is my Saturday to work, so I will be there from 9-1 and then I am hoping to get to Hampton Roads for the get together.

Not sure yet what Sunday will bring, but I pray it is stress free and full of fun!

Good morning sunshine, I pray you are feeling better today and this bug goes away and stays away.  My Thursday was a good one. Got the grandchildren up and off to school then hubby and I went for a motorcycle ride up 17 north to a small town ? where we ate lunch then continued on our journey to route 360  then on to 295 then back on 64 South we rode for about 6 hours it was so beautiful being out in the fresh air with the warm breeze blowing. Had a great day with my hubby. 
 
Today Friday, I went to the gym this morning, and this afternoon I will be going to the Drs. . I have asthma and I am having trouble breathing at night. I need some inhalers. Tomorrow I will be going to the Hampton Roads meet at 2 then afterwards go to Bush Gardens if it isn't raining. Hope you have a great weekend.

Hi everyone, It is great to be back with all of you.
  First full day home following surgery, was busy. Home health nurse came by, as well as the physical therapist. Lots of exercises to do, which will keep me busy. Received some great cards in the mail and friends brought by food and flowers. I feel so blessed. Thank you to all of you who sent prayers and good wishes. 
  Saturday and Sunday will be more of the same. Thinking of projects that I could work on while rehabbing. Have a stack of books to read and movies to watch, also. Peace to all of you. CIndy
