Cindy,

Glad that you are home.  You will remain in my prayers for a speedy recovery.  Glad the pain is not too bad and that you can get around.  You are well on your way to being 100%!

Hi Tam,
Thank you for the prayers. Rehab has begun with a slew of exercises to do. A home health nurse and physical therapy came today, and will for sometime. Things are going well. Peace, Cindy

Caroline,
Thank you for the good wishes. PT has given me many exercises to keep me busy. My doc only has his patients use the CPM  machine while in the hospital.
How long ago did you have your knee replacement? Have you done well?
Peace,
Cindy

Cindy      Knee replacement 8 years ago.  I was 45 years old, I injured both knees years ago.   Blew it in water aerobics.    Only issue was back aches from the new stance.

Wow short time on the machine.... I had 2 weeks 8 hours a day.

I have been reading about partial replacements... Come a long way ..

Take care!   Caroline

Hi Brooke,
Thankfully the worst is over. Being home is so  good...able to sleep in my own bed is the best therapy.
