Walmart Proteins

It's amazing what we have to do to find the right stuff, isn't it?  That and the fact that we are so happy when we do find it...who woulda thought?  lol  :)

I am not female but am totally lactose intolerant post-op.  Walmart works for me, I just have to pay attention to the ingrediants on the labels.  That is also a major factor in why I use what I use.  It does narrow the options.  I also don't do well on soy protein.
