Between Jeremy Gentles telling me exercise doesn't help weight loss and reading this article with only 2 hours a week, I'm really not having to stack up my case on why I don't prefer to move my third ass around.  LOL.

Sorry, the "frownie" was meant to signify I heartily DISAGREE!

2 hrs/wk is not renough unless you're a 60-year old woman..oops forget that -I'M 60 YEARS OLD and 2 hr of exercise/wk got me to where I needed WLS!

Ok...here is the Sporty Jill opinion...and ONLY my opinion......

We all know that this is absolute BS.  Just like the whole, you only need 80 grams of protein.  It's all about what they can get people to commit to.  In fact, some don't even do 20 minutes a week and will feel that 2 hours a week is overwhelming.

And (and look at it from this perspective)...2 hours a week only breaks down to 4 - 30 minute workouts a week.  That's not too bad when starting out.  In fact...they say that this is the MINIMUM.

So, Lauren...get your 3rd arse out there - haha!  You NEED exercise!

So...it's really not much of a change from the original guidelines...it's how you spin it (hey...spinning...isn't that exercise???).
