5 months and a quarter of me gone

Hi Everyone just an update on me. I am down 93 pounds in five months!

I can't believe how much better I feel every day. I am still on my BP meds, and still use a c-pap. But man I feel like a whole new person. Thanks for all your daily posts to keep me on track.

Whoo Hoo! Congrats. What a wonderful success. I am so happy for you. You will come off of the meds and cpap when it is time...no rush. You are well on the road to getting there!
