What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning, Fitness Fanatics.....

Hope everyone's week is chugging along fine.  Today is my last work day for the work week - YEAH!!!  AND tomorrow starts a long weekend - DOUBLE YEAH!!!!  Already making plans for the weekend, and of course, they include being active.

What about YOU????  What are YOU doing to move today?  Are YOU making plans to be active this weekend?  It's going to be a great weekend to get out and visit Charlottesville for apple picking (thanks for the info Kat), or to hit the beach boardwalk for a nice walk (the boardwalk is 4.75 miles if you start at the King Neptune), maybe a hike in the mountains, or a bike ride through the neighborhood?  Nice that w are pretty centralized to such things, making the options limitless.

So, what am I going to do?  let's see....calendar shows a Turbokick class tonight, and I really want to do that but am afraid that I won't make it.  So, it will either be Zumba (something I haven't tried yet) Spin or treadmill.  And if I do Zumba or treadmill, I'm taking the bodypump class for toning.  Then, either before or after I've got a 30 minute date with Dakota (and of course Roxy and Shelby in the wagon) to practice walking on the leash.  So...it's a busy night.

Now, for the weekend, tomorrow I'm planning on taking a kickboxing class in the morning and bodypump if I don't make it today.  And I'm really leaning towards a hike on Saturday, but I want to ride this weekend, too.  Decisions*decisions......

Anyways...have a GREAT day, and get out there and MOVE!!!!

Good Morning back!!!!

I wasn't as good as I had hoped I would be yesterday.  I took a break mid-day at work and climbed the stairs.  I am on the 7th floor and am hoping to work up to doing all 8 flights (since I park in the garage).  So yesterday I got in 3 flights.  Then I took a walk with the DH and the pups before DH left for London for a week. 

Got up this morning and took the dogs on another good walk around the neighborhood and will do it again when I get home today.  I think I might go and buy that Wii tonight too, although I will have to order the Wii Fit, but according to my sister, you can work up a pretty good sweat on the regular Wii too!  I just need to stay motivated, especially with the hubby gone for a week.  There is no one holding me accountable everyday for what I have done.  He's always so happy to see that I have worked out when he gets home.  I need to get back to the gym now that I have the all clear and start working some of my muscle areas.  The weight is coming off and I am starting to see loose skin and need to start toning.

I can't wait to be a fitness fanatic!!!!!

I was hoping to see you at the Falls Church Event. My support group thought it sounded like I had so much fun last time that 4 of them are coming with me.
