What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning Everyone....

What an AWESOME day to be alive and moving.  Don't waste it by not enjoying it, because here soon we won't be heading out - it will be too cold.  Take advantage of the afternoon to get outdoors for even a quick walk around the block.

If walking a block is too difficult for you, how about to the end of your driveway?  Or, how about sitting in your backyard and lifting soup cans (great toning workout).  Anything that gets you into the fresh air is perfect for today!!!

So...what are YOU going to do to move today???

Me?  Today is suppose to be a rest day, but I plan to head outdoors to walk the dogs.  My new puppy is still a pain on the leash and needs lots of practice.  So, practice we will.......

Good morning, beautiful!  I am still being rather lazy...but enjoying it.  I see a pattern forming but I will get back to my old routine after Frogger arrives! 

I got in a three mile walk this AM.  At times I was walking at a great pace and others I was going slowly.  I was in no hurry.  I have plans for a 20 minute bike ride at lunch and hopefully another walk this evening.  No worries if I don't get there!

I am going to need some help to get a good routine back in place after the baby comes.  I know I can't jump right back in where I left off and i have to work up to it.  This time I want to do things right and get some more toning exercises in.

Hmmm...I wish a nap counted!!! I am so tired today.  I guess its my body adjusting.  I got in 3.5 miles yesterday on my elliptical in 30 minutes.  I wanted to quit at 2 minutes which started that look at the timer every 30 seconds.  But I made a deal with myself.  Just 5 more minutes....then just 5 more minutes.  I kept telling myself that until I hit 30 minutes.  I told myself if I got to 30 minutes I could take today off.  BUT, I know I can't do that.  Maybe I will just do 10 mins today and then try some weights and crunches.  I do need to put a towel over the timer so I can't see it as easily.

The DH leaves for a week in London tonight, so starting tomorrow I am on solo doggy duty.  It always feels good to get outside and walk them and I always tell myself I will keep it up when DH gets home and I never do.  Maybe this time it will be different.
