You are looking WONDERFUL gal! As for your avatar here's what you do.

Go to shrinkpictures.com.
Choose Create Avatar.
Then browse your computer for the photo you would like to use.
Then in the box below normally reading 200 type in 100.
It will then give you 3 options to choose. I usually pick the most centered one.
Save the picture to your computer.
Then come to OH and under User Settings remove the current one and then click browse.
Find the picture you wish to use that you saved and click upload.
***In order to see your picture on the boards you need to be ON the VA Board then click Refresh.
