HAPPY HALF WAY DAY YA'LL!
How are ya'll doing? Good I hope. How was your Tuesday? Ours was certainly a mixed bag once again. There is much going on for and around us and I'm continuing to dig deep and find the strength the Lord gives me in the journey called Life. There are so many uncertainties but one that isn't is love unconditionally. I am blessed to be in the right places at the right times it seems and I have many to thank for that. Got Kayla off to school yesterday am in a little bit of pain from her treatment on Monday but she got through her day and came home and rested playfully. :) I had several To Do List items that I put off because some more attention getting situations arose. I did manage to have a nice break in the middle of the day to just "be" and reflect for about 20 minutes. That was really something I needed. I'm thanking God for so much. Glad He never gets tired of hearing us.
What's on the books for your Wednesday? Mine will be those To Do List items. I've really got to buckle down and get them taken care of. Painting is going to resume here this pm and then onto some happy things (bunk beds getting put up for the girls in their room along with a wonderful table and lamp for Kayla to do her homework and such). I'm also going to take some time to reach out to a few people that have been on my mind in my own ways. I hope each of you will take some time today to reach out to those folks you've been wanting to. We can find time and space and distance to blame but the reality is there is no better time than right now. Chances aren't around forever. Have a GREAT Wednesday!
Blessed Momma to ♥ Kayla & Nora ♥

Thankful for the easy, grateful for the hard & hopeful for tomorrow.
Tuesday was pretty good for me. Got home right at 5:15 and snagged Kara to run to Chesterfield to meet some folks from Craigslist. Got Kara a new set of Pirates sheets for her bed for $2.00 and an awesome turtle toy for the crib for frogger for $5.00. Then was on the way home and saw that gas was $3.15 a gallon over there so I went ahead and filled up. I only needed a bit but at that price it was hard not to! Kara and I had some time to talk and get some rules and changes ironed out and it all worked out well, I think! After that it was home to cook dinner and get homework done, threw in some laundry and we all went to bed a little early.
This morning started off with a bang...literally! truck backfired and I jumped out of bed. So it was another early start but that is ok. I got in a little nature time with a walk...just me and the doggies...then it was off to the usual routine. Got to work a bit early so I was really enjoying some quite time with my protein drink. I am not quite sure what my body it thinking, but I am craving peanut butter and jelly sammies! For the past 13 weeks I have been craving cheese and mayo sammies! Crazy cravings! With Kara I ate PB like it was going out of style. Guess I better invest in some more of those big honking jars next time I am at Wally World! If all goes well tonight I have to meet a friend to deliever a Mary Kay order and then it is off to a friends house to help with a few things. Other than that...I am praying for a stress free evening!
Love you much!

Have a good day, By the way the GOUT is GONE !!!!!!!! Thanks for praying for me.
Until next time,
Love, Tomygirl (Betty )
I am letting myself have most of the things I want...as long as they are still healthy for me! I don't want to have too much junk but sometimes I just gotta have it! We went to Carter Mountain Apple Orchard on Sunday and I must say...I did have an apple cider donut and a cookie! They were awesome but I felt a little guilty. I just have to be careful and a little of the bad stuff will be ok!
Glad the gout is gone! My dad gets it sometimes. He says it is horrible.
Talk to you soon and we will be down in Williamsburg in the next few weeks. We'll have to get together for lunch or dinner!
Love ya.

My Tuesday was pretty good. No one in the office at work so I was able to really get some stuff done. Headed to the grocery store after & made a yummy dinner for me & hubby. After dinner we headed to Walmart so hubby could get his hunting license & I looked around. Then it was home for some quiet time then bed.
Not sure what it planned for today. Work of course, thinking we might head over to the condo to take care of a few things there. We are having an open house next week. Please say some prayers for me. We only have a few weeks left on the contract and I would really like to get it sold so that we can get a house. I don't want to have to worry about renting it.
Have a great day! Love you much!!!
