What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

HAPPY SATURDAY!!!!!

Looks like it's going to be a GREAT day out there to walk, run, or anything else you enjoy doing to move.

SO...what are YOU doing to move today???

Me?  Well, my initial plan was to head to the gym for a spin class and some weight work.  But, the kickboxing class I took yesterday made me a bit sore today (YEAH!).  Plus, hubby and I are riding down to Nags Head this morning, so I'm going to hit my treadmill and do some interval training for 45 minutes and then some lower body toning work.
