What Are YOU Doing To Move Today???

Good Morning....

Aaahhhhh...feel that nip in the air.  LOVE IT!!!!  I just LOVE Fall.  The cool crisp mornings, warm clothes from the dryer (had to get some wrinkles out of my long sleeve shirt), fuzzy jammies......

Ok...back to the topic at hand....

With the weather getting cooler, now is a great time to head outdoors for a walk or a hike.

So...what are YOU doing to move today?

me?  Well...I didn't make it to the gym yesterday.  I think I'm trying to catch a cold, so I went home, put on fuzzy jammies and rested.  But, today is another day.  So, I'm definately heading ofr hte gym today.  30 minutes of cardio and then hitting the weights.

Looking forward to tomorrow.  After all of the overtime I worked this month, I decided that I needed a day off to do Jill things.  So, I'm staying home tomorrow.  I plan to head over to the gym for a cardio kickboxing class, and then back home to scrapbook the day away.  Oh..and to straighten up my house.

Anyways...until tomorrow...enjoy today!

Good morning Jill, it is time for me to rest haha. Cannot do much at the gym since I have a possible stress fracture in my right foot cannot put a lot of pressure on it. Still working and walking as best that I can you know how things go at work they do not care if you are hurt or not.
