Hey Katters, these are the main things I live on besides a lot of meat, chicken, seafood, and cottage cheese.

Kroger Carb Master Yogurt - Strawberry
Serving Size 1 container (6oz)

Amount Per Serving
Calories 80

Total Fat 1.5g
Saturated Fat 1.0g
Cholesterol 5mg
Sugar
3.0g
Total Carbohydrates 4.0g
Dietary Fiber 1.0g
Protein 12.0g

To me there is nothing out there that can beat this for the amount of calories, fat grams, sugar grams, and protein you get. I have yet to find a yogurt with that low amount of sugar or that high of protein and still get 6 oz. It tastes awesome too. I eat strawberry, raspberry, and peach. Only downfall is that you have to go to Kroger to get it.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Meal Replacement Bar A fantastic bar here form the South Beach Diet. Crunchy, tasty, perfectly sized and rich in flavor - what more could you want! Ok, so it only has 19g of protein, of which most of this is Soy Protein, however the bar is rich in vitamins and minerals, which makes a great, convenient meal replacement option.      Nutritional Facts: Soy Protein = 19g Total Carbs = 26g Sugar = 1g Total Fat = 7g   Saturated Fat = 3g Calories = 210 kcal 23 Vitamins and Minerals

I find most protein bars hard to eat, they make me feel too full and icky. This is one that I can eat though and still feel good afterwards. I buy them mostly on the go at 7-11, but they have them in every grocerystore/wallyworld.

AdvantEDGE® Carb Control RTD - Rich Dark Chocolate

Nutritional Information Serving Size: 11 fl oz (330 mL) Amount Per Serving Calories: 110 Calories from Fat: 25 Total Fat: 3g Saturated Fat:.5g Cholesterol: 20mg Sodium: 280mg Potassium:710mg Total Carbohydrate: 6g Dietary Fiber: 3g Sugars: 0g Protein: 17g

Shakes are the main way I steer. I like EAS ready-to-drink shakes and Atkins Carb Controlled is another good brand.  You can buy them anymore, Wallyworld is usually the cheapest.

Those are my main addictions, hope it helps!

Oh, I almost forgot about my protein balls! If you want recipes for those suckers, I'll repost them for everyone. Sooooooooo easy and good!

Hey Amb! Thanks for replying! I'm certainly looking into a few things you've put here. I spent lotso time in the Heaven grabbin' cuppas. I'm finding I honestly like them better STILL for cuppas. Starbuck's has been a phase in the last month or so but I'm pretty sure I'm done for the most part.

Hey there!  Ok...so I am late in responding to this one.  I will post soon as to why!

I am currently using the Achieve Ones and the EAS Advantage.  I am interested in trying the protein bars from EAS to see about those.  I currently drink 2-3 shakes a day since a lot of foods are not agreeing with me, meats especially!  I have tons of recipes together in hopes of doing a cookbook.  Let me know if there is something special that you are looking for.

Thanks for replying! Really I'm working on compiling best practices and wanting to change things up a bit. I'm with you on both AchievOne's and EAS AdvatEDGE. I haven't tried the bars but I may. :)

I use Acheive One in the mornings. That is 9 oz and I pour it in a cup over ice.  I think fill the cup up with about 4 oz of Silk Very Light Vanillia soy milk for added protien and nutrients.  This is my breakfast, since I am so busy in the mornings getting kidos off to school and into work.

I usually have one bag Kay Natural's Protien Chips throughout the day.  It has about 15 g of protien in total.

I still mainly to meats and dairy.  I think a 4 oz container of BerkStone light cottage cheese has 11g of protien in it.

At night when I am laying in bed watching prime tv I drink down my second protien shake. I have Nectar strawberries and Kiwi.  I have 16 oz of water with 1 1/2 scoops of powder.  that is about 30-40 grams of protien right there.
