Feeling like the flu ha**** me! Any advice?

I started having these cramps in my sides when I eat, drink, or sometimes just out of the blue while working.  They kinda feel like a cramp you get from running or something.  They go away pretty quick but are frequent.  Not like ball over pain but more nagging.  I usually put some pressure on the area and they am fine.  Well, yesterday I started running a fever, getting the chills, and my body feels like it has been hit by a Mac Truck.  I did not go to work today and tomorrow is questionable.  Do I call the surgeon or my PCM doctor? I thought  I should call the surgeon's office, but it is probably just a bug and I was thinking that the cramps might just be my body adjusting to all the changes.  I can't sleep and was just wondering what you all think.  I have been doing well since my surgery.

Thanks!

Definitely call.  Perhaps your surgeon first & see what they recommend.  Hope you feel better soon.
