the obesity event on the 11

Is anyone going to this event from the Newport News area?  I would love to go but I don't want to go by myself. I  need to know soon as I have to purchase my ticket and motel room soon.

the OH Regional Event is on Oct 10th evening and Oct 11th during the day - $40 on the day at the door or $25 using the board code CARDINAL08 - or if you PM me or Melinda and get one of our  codes, it will be $20......... .

On Nov 15th we, Sue and I, Obesity Freedom have a dance fest and the entrance fee for that is a dish to share......

SO  - they are two totally different events but some of the same people will be at them - and the OH one is very informative and for learning whereas our one, this time - is all for fun and exercise... so we are hoping to see many of you at both!

Yes the main event is Saturday but for anyone who lives near or who is staying in the hotel -or even just wants tio come along for the fun of it  - there is a short powerwalk in the evening so you can get to know one another and get a free starbucks - also to meet the OH staff..... and as much as people keep asking me I am not one of the OH staff - I am just really helpful
