HI Marion,
I heard through the grapevine that you were close to goal. Dr. Mann will be very pleased with your progress. have you  had your labs drawn yet?
Many of us have had a vitamin D deficiency so don't be surprised if that comes up.
As far as your weight, I am 5' 4" and weigh 143. I was never given a goal weight, just that I could expect to loose 70 -80% of my excess weight which I have.

Thanks Jen.  SO you heard through the grapevine ha:)  Well I am hoping my lab work comes back clear.  I have not been so good at taking in all my vitamins everyday.  I do take the vitamin d once a month and have been on that since b4 my surgery. 

I am very pleased with how this has turned my life around.  I do so much more than I used to and was an active person even b4 surgery.  We need to get together for lunch or dinner sometime soon.

Yup.  Lisa Swift told me and then I met Gwen and she told me..
OK..tough love here....You MUST take your vitamins daily. Think of them as medicine that you cannot live without.
Remember  Protein + water+ vitamins+ exercise = SUCCESS.

how about a weekend lunch? I am working now in the am and after school pm.

A weekend lunch would be nice.  Except that I hae my kids on the weekend until hubby gets home.  So if you are fine with kids than we can do it b4 he gets home or we can wait til after he gets back.

I am good with the protein water and excercise just sometimes forget to take all the vitamins.  I have been getting better at and know it will be best when the hubby gets back .  He has always been good at reminding me to take meds when he was home b4 and am sure this will be no different. 

Well off to get ready for my weekend get away to go catch my flight.  Have a nice weekend and talk to you later.

WOW, 6 months later and you are already at goal.  Fantastic.  I don't see why the extra 5lbs is not okay.  Just keep doing what you're doing and I think your body will find it's healthy weight.  :)

Thank you so much.  I am so  excited to say I am finally at goal of 125.  I still have not seen the doctor.  Not until wednsday so we will see what he says.  I feel comfortable loosing a lttle more weight.  i dont look sick or to skinny.  My body is still loosing and I eat good so it must not be done yet.
