OOOooo, but Dr. Barker's liquid diet is not so good...LOL I have to do 3 weeks of it...I'm starting week 2 right now..I'm down over 7lbs. so far. I did end up useing some Atkins and EAS shakes along with the Slimfast high protein. Nutritionally they are close (Calories/Fat/Protein/sugar) and they are a *****eaper. I also asked him if I could have Sugar Free Jello and SF popsicles and he said those were ok, but only 1 a day...they keep me honest as I'm a sweets freak and I need a little taste now and then.

LOL.. I am so happy to have a date, that it sounds like, I can't wait for the liquid diet. I really liked the Atkins drink, I was buying them at the commissary. Are you trying all the flavors or just sticking to one kind? I am a big sweets freak to! Sweets are the hardest thing to turn my back on! LOL

Congratulations on the date.
I remember how happy I was when I got mine.
It has been almost 3 weeks since I had my RNY and I feel pretty good. I would feel better if I didnt over do the walking and ended up not being able to walk at all for two days. It has been a week since I made that mistake and I just started walking again.
